I have never found the system busy but if it was then try some other time. The process for dialing the number is same even if your desired number is of the same country in which you are.

You don’t need to dial the area code, just dial the country code and your desired number. If your desired is 03331112223 and your country code is 92, you should dial 923331112223

I have also tried but failed to make this call.I had dialed my desired number but system was busy and it could not be connected.I want to make a call in my own country ,will I have to dial area code as well as the country code?

I think system is not getting any response from your side, because if it does not recognizes what you are saying it tells you that it could not understand otherwise it takes you to free call section. The problem is with your microphone, have you tested it before?

Don’t forgot to make your microphone talkative . You can do this by right clicking Volume Icon in your Task Bar and then click on properties and then Advanced and in last uncheck mute button under Microphone. Yahoo messenger also gives you a warning if your microphone is not working properly.
