Are you looking for information on Wii console repairs? You could send it to Nintendo. Although, this may seem like a great option, it can be time consuming and be costly. When you do this, you will have to pay $75 for the repairs and that’s including the handling and shipping costs. Also, the waiting times are pretty long because you will have to wait 2 to 4 weeks before you will get your Wii back and repaired.

So, if you choose to do it yourself, this is what you will need to do.

First, you need to switch off your Wii console and unplug all the cable and connector which connected to the console then take off the plastic cover on the left side of Wii. Those pieces of plastic rotated up on a hinge nd easily pop on and off. Once you removed those pieces, turn the console over so the back is facing the upwards. You will notice that got three stickers that are on the back of the console. Take off those sticker and underneath each sticker is a screw that you need to remove.

Then, the next step that you need to proceed is to remove the rubber feet which located on the top left of the bottom of Wii. You will found out that underneath bottom left corner of the rubber piece have an additional screw that you need to remove. Once the screw is removed , you can easily slide the battery pack out of the back of the system then removed the final two screws from the back of the console.
