It may sound odd talking about the “traditional mobile phone”; after all they have only been popular a little over two decades. Still, it does seem that the traditional mobile phone is now being replaced with devices like the iPhone. You only have to look at the reasons why people lost interest in the black and white TV to understand why they are losing interest in the traditional mobile phone. We are all hoping to have the new technology which has come along to replace it. No one can doubt the fact that any changes which have come along have been adapted to well by the mobile phone; until now anyway. However we can all see that it is looking less likely that it will be able to keep up with recent developments. Not only do we now want to make and receive calls and texts but we expect our mobile phones to be entertainment centres. Getting our phones to act as video players, personal trainers, eBook readers or web browsers has become the norm. We also want to be able to play games on our phone but not just any old game; we won’t stand for poor quality games anymore and want something on a par with a games console game.
Should We Be Grieving For The Traditional Mobile Phone’s Death.
Definitely not, as far as I’m concerned they can keep on developing new technology. Nobody knows what type of devices we will be using in another couple of decades but we can be almost guaranteed that the top of the range phones we are using now will be considered extremely old fashioned by then. One of the best things about the world is getting to experience all the new developments in technology. I can’t wait until the day that the iPhone is outdated and we have something even better.
