Punjab government has launched a program through which you can get the details of a vehicle just by entering the Vehicle License number.
You can try Different Combination for verification like

ABC 000 …………………………….LOJ 123
ABC 0000 …………………………..LOJ 9846
ABC 0000 …………………………..LXZ 1111
ABC-00-0000 ……………………..RIA-07-1111

It is launched by the Motor Transport Management Information System (MTMIS) for Punjab only. Using this service; now you can get information against the registration number of the car (currently only for Punjab registered vehicles). It will give you detailed info about the car and its owner.
